Facilities
Facilities is the word for the buildings that have to keep working whatever is happening on the roof: schools, city and county buildings, hospitals and clinics, manufacturing plants. CES Roofing works only on commercial buildings across Florida, and this is the work where the paperwork matters as much as the roof. We hold the manufacturer certifications and the insurance these projects ask for, plan the job around the operation inside, and put the condition of the roof and the options in writing.

What facilities need
The certifications the bid asks for
Schools and public buildings often require specific manufacturer certifications and higher insurance thresholds. CES holds active certifications with more than 14 roofing manufacturers, which is what lets us offer system warranties covering labor and materials, and every person on your roof is covered by our standalone workers' compensation policy.
Work planned around the people inside
A hospital cannot pause patient care and a school cannot send students home, so the schedule is set with the facility director before anyone goes up: which sections are done when, which hours the crew works and how the entrances stay clear. Coatings and SPF go on over the existing roof with no tear-off, and SPF goes on with no flames or odours.
A straight answer in writing
The complimentary assessment is drone-assisted, and if we suspect trapped moisture we scan the roof with thermal imaging. You get a recommendation in writing: restore, repair or replace, in a form that can go to a board, a council or a capital committee.
References from the public and the private side
The Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, a city-owned building, is a CES coating job. Henry Company, one of the largest foam and coating manufacturers in the country, hired CES to re-roof its own manufacturing plant.

Systems that fit
A coating suits a sound roof with a worn surface, whether it is metal, modified bitumen or TPO, and it is the least disruptive option for a building in use. SPF adds insulation and impact resistance and is the system the Category 5 warranty applies to: on qualifying SPF systems, CES is one of only two companies in Florida that can offer a manufacturer-certified Category 5 Hurricane Warranty. When a section is past saving, TPO, modified bitumen or metal replaces it, and metal is always replaced with metal.
